Situated along the Heidsee valley, Lenzerheide is well-kept secret and a picturesque ski resort with a reputation for great freeride terrain for beginners and intermediate skiers who want an abundance of slopes to carve through. The resort is in the trees with the mountains rising above. The extensive skiing in Lenzerheide has over 150km of trails mainly split between the Rothorn and Statzerhorn. Whichever side you ski in Lenzerheide the runs take you back in to the village, so you are never too far from the apres ski.

Lenzerheide is also good for cross-country skiing and non-skiers, with over 50km of cross country tracks, 8 natural ice curling rinks, tobogganing slopes at Obervaz and indoor swimming pool.
